Vicente Gallego (Valencia, 1963). Spanish poet and narrator.
In poetry, he has published titles such La luz, de otra manera (Rey Juan Carlos Prize for Poetry in 1987), Los ojos del Extraño (Loewe Joven Prize in 1990), La plata de los días (Ciudad de Melilla Prize in 1969), El sueño verdadero, Santa deriva (Loewe Foundation Prize in 2002) or Mundo dentro del claro. In narrative, he is the author of –among others– Cuentos de un escritor sin éxito and El espíritu vacío.
He has also collaborated with articles of criticism and creation in newspapers and in literary magazines.
